About The Upbeat Daily

The Upbeat Daily is a free morning email of five true, good-news stories about America and the American people. Each issue opens with a short, true story from American history.

Every story is confirmed by two independent sources, and we link to them so you can check for yourself. We are nonpartisan: no candidates, no parties, no outrage—just what's going right across the country.

The Upbeat Daily is owned and edited by Tyler Pack, who makes the final decisions about what we publish and holds himself responsible for it. We use AI tools to help find and draft stories; read how in our Privacy & AI Use page.
